You can check ( try ) the piece on the spot while the courier is awaiting within 5 minsتقدري تعايني الأوردر أثناء تواجد المندوب في مدة لا تزيد عن خمس دقائق
If you decide not to keep the order (or any item), hand it back to the courier immediately and pay the shipping fees.
في حال قررتي أنه الأوردر مش مناسب بتسلميه للمندوب وبيتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط
the shipment is delivered totally , there is no partial returnلا يوجد تجزئة للأوردر متاح استلامه كاملاً او عدم استلامه كاملاً
Exchange policy
If the product has a manufacturing defect you can report it within 24 hours : a full refund is issued to you & no shipping fees are deducted after 5 to 7 days from reciveing the order from you.
Please ensure the item is unused and in its original.
في حال وجود عيب بالمنتج يتم ابلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة ويتم استرجاعه واسترداد المبلغ كامل دون خصم مصاريف الشحن خلال من 5-7 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلامه منكم شرط يكون بحاله الأصله ولم يتم استخدامه
